Your Financial Support
The Urban Forest Advisory Committee is composed of volunteers who are
citizens, professionals, business owners,
and advocates in the field of urban forestry.
The Committee relies on private individuals to support and fund many
of the committee’s projects and activities.
Making a tax-deductible donation or offering assistance with fund
raising will directly contribute to planting and caring for trees in
Dallas.
Funds will be utilized solely to complete projects, provide education
and information about the urban forest, as well as conduct training.
Donations will be utilized where the greatest outcome can be achieved
and accomplishments completed.
The Committee created a strategic plan to guide the application of
funding and resources.
General donations to complete high priority projects are preferred;
however, donations can be earmarked for a specific objective such as
planting trees, forest inventory/assessment, tree care and maintenance,
or education/training.
Donation Appreciation
The Urban Forest Advisory Committee would like to recognize and thank
the many generous citizens who have supported the Committee’s projects.
